Use of Automated Data Collection Methods

We may automatically gather certain data when you visit our sites using tools like cookies, web beacons, and web server logs. We may gather data in this way, such as IP address, unique device identifier, browser attributes, device attributes, operating system, preferred language, referring URLs, data about actions performed on our websites, visits to our sites at specific times and dates, and other usage statistics.
Websites send a file known as a "cookie" to a user's computer or other Internet-connected device in order to recognize the user's browser uniquely or to save information or preferences in the browser.

A "web beacon" is also known as an Internet tag, pixel tag or clear GIF, links web pages to web servers. It transfers information obtained from cookies back to the server and links web pages to web servers and their cookies.
Through these automated collection methods, we may obtain "clickstream data," which is a log of the links and other content on which a visitor clicks while browsing a website.

Our Sites use these types of cookies:
a) Technical Cookies
Technical cookies are only used to carry out communication transmissions over electronic communications networks, or when providing an information society service that has been specifically requested by the user or contracting party requires it in order to fulfill its obligations.
b) Profiling Cookies
The purpose of profiling cookies is to build user profiles. They are employed to deliver advertisements that correspond with the user's selected preferences when navigating. Given how highly intrusive these cookies are in terms of users' privacy, both local and European laws mandate that users be properly informed about their use in order to provide their informed consent.

How We Collect Information by Automated Means
We may gather and maintain a record of your clicks while you navigate our sites. To find out things like whether you opened an email we sent you, we connect some data elements—such browser information—that we have automatically acquired with other information we have about you. You may learn from your browser how to disable or restrict particular types of cookies, as well as how to be notified when you receive them. You can disable cookies from your browser, but some parts of our sites might not work properly without them.
The companies who offer third-party apps, tools, widgets, and plug-ins on our websites—like social media sharing tools—may also employ automated techniques to gather data about how you use these features. The feature providers are the ones that directly collect this data, and their privacy rules or notifications apply to it. HR International disclaims all liability for the information practices of these suppliers, according to applicable law.
We will get your permission before collecting information by cookies or other automatic methods, as permitted by applicable legislation.

How We Use Information Collected through Automated Means

We use information collected through cookies, web beacons, pixels, web server logs and other automated means for purposes such as

  • customizing our users' use of our Sites;
  • delivering content tailored to our users' interests and the manner in which our users use our Sites; and
  • managing our Sites and other aspects of our business.

Third-Party Cookies

On our websites, we also make use of third-party analytics platforms, such Adobe Omniture and Google Analytics. In order to assist us in analyzing how you use our sites, the analytics companies that manage these services make use of technology like cookies, web server logs, and web beacons. These analytics providers and other pertinent third parties may receive access to the information gathered using these methods (including IP addresses), which they use, for example, to assess how users are using the Sites.

Profiling and Interest-Based Advertising

On our Sites, we may collect information about your online activities to provide you with advertising about products and services tailored to your individual interests. We also may obtain information for this purpose from third-party websites on which our ads are served.
Because we deal with third-party advertising networks, you might see specific HR International advertisements on other websites. We can target consumers with our messaging using demographic, interest-based, behavioral, and contextual targeting through these advertising networks. We may monitor your online activity over time through the ad networks by gathering data automatically, such as through the use of web beacons, pixels, third-party cookies, and web server logs. The networks may use this data to display ads to you that are customized based on your personal preferences and past usage.
Our advertising networks may gather information about your visits to websites that use HR International advertisements, including the pages or advertisements you view and the actions you do there. This information is obtained by both our websites and other third-party websites that participate in these ad networks. This process also helps us keep an eye on how well our marketing campaigns are doing.

  • to enhance security of our network and information systems;

  • with our subsidiaries and affiliates;
  • (ii) if you are a job candidate, with clients who may have job opportunities available or interest in placing our job candidates; and

In addition, we may disclose personal data about you
